Wittmer is a PwC Advisory Deals partner with more than 20 years of experience and specializes in life sciences transactions. He has advised on hundreds of international and domestic transactions for large organizations and private equity firms – including over 75 deals in the life sciences industry alone. He supports clients throughout the acquisition process to identify potential synergies and operational improvements to capture increased value post deal close. Wittmer is well versed across elements of advising on a transaction, from deal strategy through to value capture. Beyond his specialty in due diligence, he also advises clients on a wide range of transaction-related engagements including arbitration, capital market assistance and joint ventures.
