DETROIT, June 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- PwC US announced today that Julie Bogas, Hilary Clark, and Tim Pratcshler will be admitted into the firm's partnership, effective July 1, 2015.

Julie Bogas will be admitted as an Advisory partner in the financial, strategic, and operational risk practice, focused on automotive clients and other consumer and industrial products clients. She brings over 14 years of experience in assisting clients with identifying and managing financial reporting, IT, sustainability, and project risk. Bogas earned her bachelor's degree in accounting and master's degree in accounting information systems from Michigan State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Michigan and certified Project Management Professional. Additionally, she has held several PwC leadership positions in her career, serving as US Automotive Sustainability Leader and Greater Michigan Advisory Diversity Leader, among others.
Hilary Clark will be admitted as an Assurance partner specializing in the energy sector, based in the firm's Toledo, Ohio office. She brings over 14 years of experience working in public accounting working primarily with public companies in the energy industry. Clark has substantial Securities and Exchange Commission audit and transactional experience, including multi-national integrated audit experience encompassing 404 controls testing and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board requirements. She earned her bachelor's degree in business administration-accounting from the University of Buffalo and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York, Texas, Ohio, and Alaska.
Tim Pratcshler will be admitted as a principal in the Tax practice, leading the firm's Greater Michigan Market controversy practice. He brings over 11 years of experience working with various areas of state and local taxation. His project background includes compliance, controversy, restructuring, and refund reviews on a multi-state basis with automotive manufacturers and suppliers, utilities, technology and service companies. Pratcshler earned his bachelor's degree from Hiram College and his Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School. He is licensed to practice law in Michigan and is a taxation section member of the State Bar of Michigan.
These three individuals are among 201 professionals newly admitted to the US partnership. The number includes 82 new partners in audit and assurance, 56 in tax, and 63 in advisory. The new admissions bring PwC's US partnership to approximately 3,100 men and women.
