PwC Announces Two New Partner Promotions in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- PwC US announced today two professionals from its Nashville office have been admitted into the firm's partnership, effective July 1, 2012.

Jonathan Flack was promoted to assurance partner in PwC's Private Company Services practice. He has 12 years of experience working with multi-billion dollar private, national and international companies, including multi-generation family owned and private equity-backed businesses in a variety of industries such as distribution, retail, manufacturing and technology. He has also worked with some of the largest privately held businesses in the Southeast. Flack holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Wofford College and is a Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee and South Carolina. He also serves on the board as audit committee chair of the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee.

Kelly Plummer was promoted to partner in PwC's Assurance practice. Specializing in Insurance, Plummer has more than 12 years of experience serving a variety of clients in the financial services sector, including a three-year tour in the PwC Bermuda Insurance practice. Kelly is a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University, where she received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee and serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee.
