CLEVELAND, June 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- PwC US announced that five Cleveland-based professionals will be admitted into the firm's partnership, effective July 1, 2012.

Gregg Muresan is being admitted as a Tax Partner in PwC's Private Company Services practice. Muresan has more than 12 years of public accounting experience and provides practical tax compliance and consulting advice to privately held businesses and their owners in the manufacturing, technology and service industries. Muresan is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Ohio and the District of Columbia. He received a Bachelor's degree from John Carroll University and a Master's degree from the University of Denver.
Michael Olecki is being admitted as a Tax Partner in PwC's Washington National Tax Services practice. He serves as a national resource for the firm's international tax quantitative solutions practice and focuses on helping companies solve data intense international tax issues. Olecki is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Ohio. He received a Bachelor's degree from Heidelberg College in Ohio.
Michael Pratt is being admitted as an Assurance Partner. Pratt brings more than 15 years of experience advising companies across a number of industries, with a focus on the utilities sector. He brings extensive international experience, having spent three years on a secondment in Geneva, Switzerland. Pratt is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Ohio and Illinois. He received a Bachelor's degree from Miami University.
James Will is being admitted as an Assurance Partner. Since joining PwC in 1998, he has spent most of his career serving a wide-range of publicly traded clients, primarily SEC registrants. Will recently completed a secondment in PwC's Moscow office, where he served as the lead audit director for Russia's largest independent natural gas producer. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Will received a Bachelor's degree from Grove City College in Pennsylvania.
Jeff Briner is being admitted as an Advisory Principal in PwC's Utility practice. He has more than 25 years of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) business transformation experience and serves clients in the utilities sector, where he specializes in nuclear power, gas/electric and process/manufacturing. Most recently, for the last 3.5 years, Jeff has been living in China leading the firm's Global EAM Practice Development and successfully executing Nuclear Business Transformations. Briner received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Toledo.
