FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., June 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- PV Enterprises International, Inc. (OTC: PVEC, the "Company"), a global shipping management company, is pleased to provide the following corporate update to its shareholders and the investment community. This release includes information about the next phase of the company's business plan and enhanced corporate strategy.

We're excited to announce to our shareholders that the corporation has obtained a signed agreement to secure the financing to purchase a 3900 acre property in Bahamas to develop a new Cruise destination port. The finance amount will be enough to also start the Ferry and Cruise Operations we have planned and developed over the last few months.

We have executed a signed agreement for the purchase of a cruise vessel, which is ready to begin our operations. As previously announced we have established our subsidiary, Zeus Travel, Inc. www.zeusworldtravel.com , which has started sales as a booking agent and will be ready to take bookings for our Ferry and cruises as well as vacation packages.  

A relationship has been established with a major insurance broker to obtain the necessary insurance of $120 million umbrella coverage to support our Cruise/Ferry operations as well the new Cruise Port development."
