Her understanding of emerging trends, strengths in strategy, and success as a fundraising practitioner and educator provide additional thought-leadership and broad-based expertise to Pursuant clients. Ingrid Healy brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic advancement planning for independent schools and institutions of higher education. Prior to joining Pursuant Ketchum, Healy served as the Associate Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Austin College where she had primary oversight of development, principal gifts and campaigns.

Before moving to higher education in 2009, Healy spent 17 years in leadership roles in independent schools where she launched and headed initiatives that garnered award-winning results in annual giving, major gifts, alumni affairs, marketing and communications in both the U.S. and Canada; including leading and managing capital campaigns ranging from $4 million to $100 million.

A frequent presenter for CASE, the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) and other organizations, Healy has been recognized with a CASE Crystal Apple Award for teaching excellence, and was on faculty at the CASE Summer Institute for Independent School Advancement for eight years. Her programs have been recognized with, among others, CASE Circle of Excellence Awards for Philanthropy Programs (Annual Giving) and Young Alumnae Programs, and a CASE District Award for Most Improved Capital Campaign.
