From April 1 to April 5, the Music City is in for a wild ride as the ladies gather to empower, educate and recognize their top achievers.

This year's theme, "Sparkles and Spurs," is a tribute to the women who are taking the reigns and turning around the economy one sale at a time. There's no better place to celebrate this "Pink Collar Movement" than in the Midwest - the nation's epicenter of strong, determined women.
