Pure Hospitality Solutions Ramps Up Coding Integration
LAS VEGAS, May 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Pure Hospitality Solutions, Inc., (OTC: PNOW) announced today, that on the heels of joining Sabre's $7 Billion Travel Network family, the Company has increased the financial commitment to the programming and software development of its Central American-Caribbean online hospitality booking engine, Oveedia.
As Pure Hospitality Solutions ramps up coding integration, Softon ITG ("Softon") has taken the lead in program code integration of the Sabre Travel Network's ("Sabre") system with the codebase underlining the Oveedia platform. Given the various components being implemented to position Oveedia as one of the most unique OTA's on the market, Softon will follow a scrum-based software development model. This allows for greater flexibility in incorporating several planned social and visual media components, without hindering speed. Completion time has been estimated at 527 hours for the initial phase of Oveedia's three part rollout; possibly pushing the 2015 launch ahead of schedule.
"Pure Hospitality Solutions ramps up coding integration in order to quickly begin leveraging our new relationship with the industry's leading travel and tourism software company," said Melvin Pereira, President and CEO of Pure Hospitality Solutions, Inc. "What this means, simply, is that with Sabre, we now have the ability to establish a broader market presence ahead of advancing our niche focus – the underserved travel destinations of Central America and those Latin countries of the Caribbean. It also means that PURE is on a 'fast-track' to revenue stemming from online operations."
Taking a quick glance at the enormous success companies within the Sabre Travel Network family seem to have, management strongly believes that with its Pseudo City Code (PCC), Oveedia is now positioned to become a formidable OTA. Equally important, Oveedia is amongst the few to have a "first-mover advantage" within a niche market. The Central American region encompasses over 16,000 known locations that are grossly underserved by current OTA providers. Excitingly, this region falls within Latin America's $30+ Billion online travel market; total Latin travel sales estimated at over $80 Billion by 2016. As Pure Hospitality Solutions ramps up coding integration, management anticipates being able to carve out a sizable share of this market, largely positioning Oveedia to become a regional acquisition target (i.e. Abacus, Agoda, Trivago).
Mr. Pereira concluded, "As Pure Hospitality Solutions ramps up coding integration, we are working diligently to further reduce debt and overhang, aggressively developing Oveedia's marketing plans, exploring strategic financing options for the Company and signing on local hotels in the Central American-Caribbean region. There is absolutely no doubt or question about it. We are on the right track. So let the dogs bark!"
