Launching May 31 in Atlanta, the roadshow will target eight key cities in the Eastern United States to stress the importance of employee financial education and empowerment at the workplace. In addition to spotlighting its robust platform of free financial tools and services for registered participants, Purchasing Power will present personal finance seminars from author and financial wellness expert Alok Deshpande of SmartPath Financial Education. The visits will be a combination of drive-through appointments and community festivals; client headquarter visits; employee personal finance seminars by Deshpande; and an appearance at the SHRM annual conference in New Orleans. Overall, the route will cover nearly 4,500 miles across 17 states.
