Puration, Inc. (PURA) today announced a campaign to brand the Company's cannabis extracts as the leading concentrates infused into recognized food and beverage consumer products.
Puration utilizes highly refined cannabis extraction processes to deliver a variety of consistently high-quality cannabis extracts. The Company is developing collaboration agreements with food and beverage companies to co-market food and beverage consumer products infused with Puration's cannabis extracts.
CEO Brian Shibley came to Puration first as an investor in the Company's previous reusable water bottle business. His investment was part of a broader beverage industry strategy. Brian transitioned into the CEO role to transition Puration into the cannabis sector and at the same time he played an instrumental role in two additional beverage industry launches - one in the distilled spirits industry and one in the health and wellness industry. Mr. Shibley brings to Puration his consumer beverage industry knowledge, experience and network.
Last week, the Company announced a preliminary $3 million 12-month revenue forecast. Puration has now published more details on the $3 million 12-month revenue forecast in connection with its overall campaign to brand Company's cannabis extracts as the leading concentrates infused into recognized food and beverage consumer products:

In connection with Mr. Shibley's experience and network, the Company has entered into negotiations with a number of food and beverage consumer product companies regarding collaborations to infuse a co-branded Puration extract. The target sales objective of each collaboration agreement is $1 million dollars within the first year. Puration anticipates three collaboration agreements to be finalized and announced promptly. The Company has more than three collaboration agreements currently under development. If Puration enters into more than three collaboration agreements, the preliminary revenue forecast may be refined upward.
