MANCHESTER, England, December 1, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- England are now the clear favourites to land the 2018 World Cup after a sustained gamble.

Throughout Wednesday England gained support from punters after positive reports from Zurich.

England's bid has been backed in from 11/4 to EVENS.
