Publicis Groupe S.A. Signs a EUR 1.2 Billion Multi-Currency Revolving Credit Facility

PARIS, July 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --

Publicis Groupe S.A. announced today that on July 13, 2011, the Company signed a new EUR 1,200,000,000 5-year multi-currency revolving credit facility. The Facility will be used for general corporate purposes and will replace the Company's revolving credit facility dated 17 December 2004.

Syndication was launched on June 21, 2011 for EUR 1.0 billion and closed well oversubscribed allowing Publicis Groupe to increase the Facility amount to EUR 1.2 billion.

Under the Facility, Publicis Groupe enhances its liquidity management with respect to liquidity maturity. Publicis Groupe also successfully maintains absence of financial covenant in the Facility reflecting ongoing confidence and support of its banks.
