Public Service Commission Approves Agreement in Laclede Gas Rate Case
Customers will receive safe and reliable natural gas at the same cost
ST. LOUIS, June 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Missouri Public Service Commission approved an agreement today in Laclede's general rate case proceeding under which Laclede Gas customers will continue to receive safe and reliable gas service at the same cost they pay today. The agreement was reached last month by all parties and incorporates into Laclede Gas' general rates $14.8 million in annual revenue that is already included in customer bills for costs supporting pipeline safety upgrades. With this approval, new tariffs, including ones permitting Laclede to continue helping customers reduce their energy usage and maintain service where minor repairs to the customer's equipment are needed, become effective July 8, 2013.
