Public Service Announcement: Yippy (YIPI) CEO Rich Granville Alerts Twitter (TWTR) CEO Jack Dorsey and BoD for Free Speech Censorship of Conservative Users and Disturbing Content
MIAMI, March 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Yippy, Inc. (OTCMKTS: YIPI) ("Yippy" or the "Company"), an enterprise data intelligence company known for its leading EASE 360 enterprise search and intelligence engine, announced today the it has completed an Enterprise Intelligence OSINT probe of Twitter, Inc. (TWTR) on reports that Twitter was censoring conservative users and allowing pornographic content accessible to minors.
"Our findings were quite appalling," stated Rich Granville, CEO, of Yippy, Inc. "We opened several accounts and worked with other user groups to gain understanding of how widespread Twitter's censorship was of Pro-Trump, MAGA and Q movement content. I can tell you from personal experience, even my account was censored, hash-blocked and ultimately suspended without warning or violation of rules.
"On March 5, 2019, Joe Rogan, of the Joe Rogan Experience, and Tim Pool, a well-regarded journalist, aired a podcast with Jack Dorsey, CEO of Twitter, and a Twitter counsel, and in my opinion, provided noteworthy references regarding how Twitter creates their standards based on internal bias that appears to come straight from Mr. Dorsey. Twitter allows graphic pornographic content and in some cases the content appears to be of underage minors.
"Mr. Dorsey states in the podcast they have algorithms in place to help police such content. Considering Yippy uses advanced algorithms, I find his comments and that of the Twitter counsel not credible. Dorsey states Twitter has approximately 4,000 employees, most of which are doing development and system-related functions, and he has limited staff to police Twitter. I do not find those statements credible as Twitter is trivial in way of coding and operationally scaled. Their technology compared to Yippy's complex capabilities are trivial and Yippy's systems are managed by 99% less staff. Dorsey states that they hire non-employee contractors to police sites and events with control over Twitter users during elections or other periods where problems may arise. Tim Pool hammered Dorsey on many topics, and in some cases, Dorsey and counsel were stone silent at times by Mr. Pool's directness.
"I humbly request our President, Donald J. Trump, have the Justice Department look into the matter. I call on Florida's honorable Senators, Rick Scott and Marco Rubio, for their assistance and guidance. I request on the New York Stock Exchange to reach out to Mr. Jack Dorsey and the Board of Directors of Twitter (TWTR) for potential ethics violations of the NYSE. Lastly, as a shareholder of Twitter, I'm calling for the Board of Directors to initiate an audit on internal practices and investigate the silencing of conservative users and the distribution of disturbing content through Twitter's platform.
"We, the people, are responsible to help maintain social media standards and to call our government and elected representatives to help maintain free speech and content ethics. As John Fitzgerald Kennedy said, "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country." We are finished with the loss of morality in this nation due to big tech's actions. We are, One nation under God."
