Public Securities Expert Jennifer Whitney Joins Kurtzman Carson Consultants as Senior Consultant

NEW YORK, Sept. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Kurtzman Carson Consultants (KCC), a Computershare company and a leading claims and noticing agent, today announced that Jennifer Whitney joined the company as a senior consultant in its New York office. In her new role, Whitney contributes her experience in proxy solicitation and corporate governance to KCC's public-securities services which help clients to administer Chapter 11 cases involving public-securities holders.
