HUNTINGDON VALLEY, Pa., Jan. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Public Savings Bank's new Open Sky Secured Visa Credit card launches this week at https://www.PublicBankCard.com, with a new lower $200 credit limit.  

The new card continues the Public Savings tradition of providing excellent, transparent card pricing, US-based customer service, and the best tools for building credit. As always, Public Savings Bank reports to all three credit bureaus -- but does NOT run credit checks when customers apply. This way customers have the best opportunity to build credit.
