On March 6, 2014, RR Donnelley & Sons Co (RR Donnelley) announced increase in the aggregate principal amount to be accepted in cash tender offers for certain of its outstanding debt securities from $350 million to $400 million. According to the Company, the aforesaid outstanding debt securities include 7.250% Notes due May 15, 2018, 8.250% Notes due March 15, 2019, and 7.625% Notes due June 15, 2020. The Company informed that it is increasing the maximum principal amount for the 2020 Notes to $50 million without reduction, but the maximum principal amount for the 2018 Notes and 2019 Notes remain unchanged.
