PsyD in Clinical Psychology Program at the Hawai'i School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University Announces Continued Grant of Accreditation
HONOLULU, Dec. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The College of Clinical Psychology at Argosy University, Hawaii is pleased to announce that the Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) program was awarded a continued grant of accreditation from the American Psychological Association (APA).
APA accreditation reflects that the PsyD program at the Hawaii School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University its faculty, curriculum, and support systems meet the standards established by the leading professional organization. The program was reaccredited for seven years which is the maximum amount of time allowed by the APA's Commission on Accreditation.

The APA's Commission on Accreditation (CoA) is recognized by both the U.S. Department of Education and the Council of Higher Education Accreditation as the national accrediting authority for professional education and training in psychology. In total, the PsyD in Clinical Psychology programs within the College of Clinical Psychology at 10 Argosy University campuses hold accreditation from the APA.
