Parker and Scarfi, who are well versed in the transportation industry, are planning to add two large storage buildings on their property and include even more U-Haul trucks and trailers. The tandem started out at a different trucking company, where Parker worked for Scarfi.

When Parker's mother passed away and her father became ill, she needed to move home and put her family first.

The two formed such a close friendship and working relationship that when Parker moved away, Scarfi followed. In May 2011, Parker and Scarfi filed their resignation paperwork and by August of that year, the trucking company PSA Enterprises was open for business.

With Mooresville and Statesville so close, growth is now upon the town of Troutman. Parker said that growth has made her affiliation with U-Haul all the more important. Families are constantly moving in and out of the surround towns, bringing PSA Enterprises a steady amount of rental business.

Parker and Scarfi understand how important it is to value loved ones. The PSA Enterprises team is known to go above and beyond for their employees, making sure everyone gets to spend time at home when it matters.

PSA Enterprises sponsors needy children in the annual "Shop with a Cop" drive and is involved with the "Share the Road" campaign, in which PSA Enterprises sends a driver, a truck and a trailer to driver's education programs in Iredell County to show others how to drive when big rigs are on the road.
