Pryor Cashman Represents Richard Mille in Lease for First NY Store
NEW YORK, Dec. 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Pryor Cashman LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Ronald B. Kremnitzer, Co-Chair of the firm's Real Estate Group, along with Partner Benjamin J. Teig, represented luxury watchmaker Richard Mille USA in signing a new lease for its first location in New York.
The lease – which was signed on December 15, 2016 – is for a store located at 46 East 57th Street in Manhattan, on the ground floor and mezzanine of the building known as 432 Park Avenue, comprising over 4,900 square feet.
With the addition of this latest outpost, Richard Mille USA now operates 6 locations nationwide, including shops in Bal Harbour, Miami and Las Vegas, for which Pryor Cashman handled the leasing.
