CUMMING, Ga., Jan. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --The PruittCares Foundation is pleased to announce the first annual Mardi Gras Ball to be hosted in Cumming, Georgia next Saturday, January 30th at the Forsyth Conference Center.
The event will begin at 6:00 p.m., featuring food by Chef Kern, a live disc jockey, silent auction, and photo booth, and is slated to end at 11:00 p.m.
All proceeds may be counted as a tax deductible donation to PruittCares, a 501C3 organization that benefits grieving children and adults in the local community.
Tickets are $75 and are available at PruittCares.org. Donations will be taken at the door as well.
"The work we do is not glamorous. It's sacrificial," says Terry Thompkins, Vice President of the Foundation, which has been able to raise over $7 million in 17 years and provide assistance to over 2,700 people.
