Prudential Preferred Realty Commits to Aggressive, Automated Direct Marketing Program
PITTSBURGH, Aug. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Prudential Preferred Realty entered into a marketing agreement with Xpressdocs to offer its Automated Property Marketing service to Prudential Preferred Realty's more than 600 agents in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
Xpressdocs' Automated Property Marketing benefits those selling their homes by providing increased exposure for homes for sale, while it allows real estate agents to save time, improve consistency and maximize efficiency in their marketing efforts.
"The real estate market is hot in the Pittsburgh area," said Debra Arrisher, vice president of marketing at Prudential Preferred Realty. "This new program is designed to help bring more attention to our customers' homes for sale, while providing a technology solution to enhance our agents' productivity."
The Automated Property Marketing program is designed to drive transactions, leads and referrals. The system automatically generates a personalized "Just Listed" printed and online postcard for every home Prudential Preferred Realty lists for sale in the West Penn Multi-List, Inc. Real estate agents then can choose to mail the postcard to a targeted mailing list and share with their social networks.
Annually, Prudential Preferred Realty expects to increase the number of marketing mailings it executes 10-fold. The new Xpressdocs' service agreement was announced last week to Prudential Preferred Realty agents, who appreciate the speed and convenience that Xpressdocs' Automated Property Marketing brings to their businesses.
"With each new listing or sale, I now can choose to create a beautiful personalized postcard, mail it to a targeted list and share it with my social media networks with a couple of clicks of the mouse," said Linda Baldini, Prudential Preferred Realty sales associate in the Rostraver office. "With this kind of speed and convenience, I expect to increase the frequency of marketing mailings I conduct, and I already have received two calls from a card I sent out last week."
Prudential Preferred Realty's agreement with Xpressdocs comes on the heels of a company-wide professional development program in which the company's sales associates were trained to use iPads and tablets to improve their business success. Prudential Real Estate Services recently honored Prudential Preferred Realty CEO Ron Croushore as "Broker of the Year" in part because of his ongoing commitment to agent professionalism and training and to keeping his agents on the forefront of new technologies.
