PRSA Colorado Announces 2015 Leadership Team
Board members offer a diverse background across many sectors of the profession
DENVER, Jan. 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Public Relations Society of America Colorado Chapter (PRSA Colorado) today announced its 2015 Board of Directors. New board members were elected by the membership at its annual meeting held Nov. 20, 2014, and began their terms Jan. 1, 2015.
Incoming President Cara Crifasi welcomes the 2015 board and volunteers, saying, "Our former leaders built a strong foundation for our future, and I look forward to 2015 with focused enthusiasm. As an active member of PRSA Colorado for nearly 14 years, I believe in the important role we play in advancing our profession in everything we do."
Crifasi has 15 years experience providing strategic communications and marketing counsel and support for global businesses in the financial services and technology industries. For nearly 12 years, she served on the corporate communications team at First Data, a global leader in electronic commerce and payment processing. She has been a member of PRSA since 2003 and previously served six years, including two as treasurer, on PRSA Colorado's board of directors.
