Provost Umphrey Plaintiffs' Attorneys Named to 2017 Texas Rising Stars List

No strangers to the prestigious list, Ronnie Turner Jr. and Colin David Moore have been included a combined 14 years. Mr. Turner has also earned the designation of "Up and Coming 100" for having a high point total among the Rising Stars.
Mr. Moore has earned Rising Stars recognition each year since 2007 for his work in personal injury cases. He also is known for his product and premises liability work, and in toxic tort claims involving exposure to cancer-causing asbestos materials. He serves on the Jefferson County Bar Association Board of Directors. A dedicated member of his community, Mr. Moore serves on the Board of Directors for Southeast Texas' Nutrition and Services for Seniors.
Mr. Turner's work focuses on personal injury, premises liability and products liability cases. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, on the Board of Directors for the Jefferson County Young Lawyers Association and also serves on the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Southeast Texas. This marks the third selection to the Texas Rising Stars list for Mr. Turner, who has been Board Certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2015.
The Texas Rising Stars list includes the state's top attorneys age 40 and younger or that have practiced law for no more than 10 years. Only 2.5 percent of eligible Texas lawyers are selected to the list each year based on nominations from other lawyers, independent research and a review by separate advisory boards.
