MENLO PARK, Calif., Nov. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Jim DeLoach, a managing director with Protiviti (www.protiviti.com), a global consulting firm, has been recognized by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) in its 2013 NACD Directorship 100 list. The list identifies top corporate directors and governance leaders who significantly influence boardroom practices and performance. For the second consecutive year, DeLoach was named to the list in the Governance Professionals and Institutions category.
