A leader in the Supply Chain practice within Protiviti's Cost and Working Capital Optimization solution, Tripp Piper has more than 12 years of management consulting experience. He focuses on process improvement and cost reduction within logistics, strategic procurement, finance, operations planning and distribution.
Matthew Moore, a founding Protiviti employee, has more than 12 years of experience in advising financial institutions on risk management matters and is the head of the banking segment for Protiviti's U.S. Financial Services Industry practice. He is a leader in Protiviti's Risk and Compliance solution and focuses on assisting clients in the areas of credit risk management, model governance, capital management and enterprise risk management.
As a leader in Protiviti's Risk and Compliance solution, Michael Brauneis specializes in counseling financial services firms. He has advised national and international banks and mortgage lenders as well as insurance, investment advisory, and broker/dealer firms on complex regulatory issues for more than 10 years.
