Global consulting firm Protiviti (www.protiviti.com) and the firm's new market leader for Atlanta, Managing Director David Brand, will host a Continuing Professional Education (CPE) event for Georgia auditing and accounting professionals.

Brand recently transitioned from Protiviti's Chicago location, where he worked for the past 12 years to lead the firm's Atlanta office. Brand continues to serve as Protiviti's global IT audit lead as well.

The day-long instructional event, entitled "Guidance Through Powerful Insights," will present sessions led by Protiviti subject-matter experts and national thought leaders who will share their expertise on a variety of current topics. Participants can earn up to eight CPE accounting and auditing credits.
