MENLO PARK, Calif., April 13, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Global consulting firm Protiviti has been named to the Great Place to Work Best Workplaces in Texas™ list for the third consecutive year. To compile the list, Great Place to Work analyzed anonymous survey feedback from 55,000 Texas-based employees, including those in Protiviti's Houston and Dallas locations. Texas employees rated their companies' culture on more than 60 elements of their experience on the job, including respect, fairness of workplace decisions, camaraderie among the team and the extent to which employees trust their leaders.
"Protiviti has a culture of teaming, encouragement and support," said Susan Haseley, an executive vice president with Protiviti, global leader of Diversity and Inclusion and market leader of the Dallas office. "Our Texas teams thrive in this dynamic environment and we collaborate to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and our people."
"We're proud to be consistently recognized as a great place to work. Protiviti offers its employees the chance to build meaningful careers at a truly rewarding, supportive and innovative firm," added Michael Schultz, a Protiviti managing director and leader of the Houston office.
The Best Workplaces in Texas stand out for excelling in one of the nation's most competitive marketplaces. "Organizations like Protiviti stand out from the crowd because they embrace all their people," said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work. "The companies on this list provide workplaces where people with a broad range of backgrounds can contribute to the success and innovation of organizations that rank among the best in the nation."
In February, Protiviti was named for the sixth consecutive year to the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list. Data from the annual survey to determine the companies on that list, which is also administered by Great Place to Work, is used to compile the Texas regional Best Workplaces list.
