The firm has appointed Jonathan Wyatt, a managing director in Protiviti's Technology Consulting practice, as global head of the service offering.

Wyatt is one of the founding members of Protiviti's operations in London, U.K. and has led the IT strategy, governance and risk management practice globally. He earned a Combined Honors First Class degree in mathematics and computation at the University of Oxford, U.K. He is a Certified Information System Auditor and is Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control. Wyatt is also a Chartered Accountant (ACA) – ICAEW and a member of The Institute of Internal Auditors.
