MENLO PARK, Calif., Aug. 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Joseph Tarantino, president and CEO of global consulting firm Protiviti, and Protiviti Managing Director Jim DeLoach have both been named to the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) 2018 'Directorship 100' list.
This prestigious annual list identifies the most influential people in the boardroom community, including corporate directors, corporate governance experts, policymakers and influencers, who significantly impact boardroom practices and performance. Tarantino is president and CEO of global consulting firm Protiviti – a role he has held since 2007. Tarantino has more than 30 years of experience working with a variety of organizations to enhance their business performance through risk management, operational effectiveness and enhanced governance. Tarantino was previously named to the NACD Directorship 100 list in 2017. He has also been recognized three times by Glassdoor as one of its Top Rated CEOs, amongst several other awards. He is currently a member of St. John University's board of trustees and chair of the audit committee. Tarantino serves on the board and finance committee for Calvary Hospital in the Bronx, New York.
With more than 40 years of experience, DeLoach focuses on helping organizations successfully respond to government mandates, shareholder demands and a changing business environment in a cost-effective and sustainable manner. He assists companies in integrating risk and risk management with strategy setting and performance management as a member of Protiviti's solutions leadership team. A prolific writer, DeLoach also leads Protiviti's thought leadership strategy and has published hundreds of articles, discussing topics ranging from governance, managing business risk and effective internal controls. DeLoach is recognized by NACD on the Directorship 100 list for the seventh consecutive year.

The 2018 honorees will be celebrated at the annual NACD Directorship 100 Gala on November 28, 2018 in New York City and featured in the November/December 2018 edition of NACD Directorship magazine.
