Supported by Whittenhall promotion and Brown hire, move indicates push to achieve excellence in customer experience and retention

Former vice president of customer service and over 25-year employee, Kevin Bruffey will further his mission to help Protech achieve excellence in its customer experience with an added operational focus on Protech's service delivery model.

- Terry Brown hired as director of client services: A former association executive, Brown will implement an enhanced project services delivery model that will focus on expediency, consistency and value for Protech's customers.
