Prospect General Launches Admitted Tenant Legal Liability Program in California

LA JOLLA, Calif., Oct. 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Prospect General Insurance Agency ("Prospect General") is pleased to announce the California launch of its Tenant Legal Liability program. 

The Tenant Legal Liability program provides innovative coverage to owners of apartments and other residential rental dwellings that protects them against accidental physical damage caused by tenants.  This product allows the landlord to obtain competitively priced coverage against tenant caused frequency losses without having to force their tenants to buy HO4 policies.  The product also aids in the procurement of the landlord's habitational package policy as tenant caused damage is no longer a major exposure.

While California is the first state to feature this product, Prospect General intends to expand the product to all 50 states.
