"We are proud that ProSolutions Training has worked side by side with the Council to align our coursework with the CDA credentialing process, which will provide our students with the very best online CDA course experience," says ProSolutions Training President Carla S. Rogg. "We are assisting early educators to advance their careers through professional development for the ultimate goal of even better outcomes for the young children in their care."
Professional staff from ProSolutions Training, including Rogg and Director of Partnerships Debbie Johnston, will meet with students and early educators at the NAEYC 2013 National Institute for Early Childhood Professional Development conference in San Francisco, California, from June 9 to 12. Attendees can learn more about the Council's recent changes and unique features of the updated ProSolutions Training CDA Course at Booth #312 in the Hilton Union Square's Exhibit Hall.
The new CDA assessment process, which took effect on June 1, 2013, is utilized to determine early childhood teacher competency based on multiple sources of evidence. ProSolutions Training is the first online training company to partner with the Council and updated its course materials in order to reflect the national credentialing program's evaluation method.
ProSolutions Training uses a research-based online curriculum to help teachers succeed in an early childhood education environment. Completion of a 120-hour online CDA Course results in the awarding of a Professional Development Certificate with IACET CEUs and increased understanding of how to foster appropriate development in young children.
