- Stacey Cerrone (New Orleans) has a broad practice where she focuses on both ERISA litigation and employment litigation. She represents plan sponsors, plans, directed trustees and fiduciaries in all phases of ERISA class action and single-plaintiff litigation and also handles wage and hour collective actions and employment discrimination litigation.
- Susan Gutierrez (Los Angeles) is an experienced trial lawyer focused on complex civil and commercial matters. She has significant courtroom experience in state and federal courts, and has successfully litigated high-profile actions across industries and clients, ranging from pharmaceutical companies, professional sports leagues, world renowned recording artists, and numerous Fortune 500 companies.
Daniel Hendrick (New York) focuses on the representation of leading investment banks, private debt funds, business development companies, issuers and borrowers in public and private capital markets and leveraged loan transactions, including Rule 144A high-yield debt offerings and syndicated and non-syndicated loan transactions. He works on a wide range of transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition financings and leveraged recapitalizations. - Brian Huber (Boston) focuses on tax and economic planning for a broad range of private fund clients.
