In this role, Mr. McDaniel will oversee the teams responsible for the company's comprehensive integrated go-to-market strategies, including product and field marketing, corporate communications, brand, and marketing operations.

Prior to joining ProQuest, Mr. McDaniel was CEO and Managing Director, Global Social Media Practice for the Mediabrands Audience Platform, the digital media agency division of Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG). As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Spring Creek Group, a digital marketing agency, he oversaw its success and rapid growth which led to the sale to IPG in 2011. Mr. McDaniel is also involved in the enterprise software and online services sector, and currently serves as an Advisor to several early-stage SaaS marketing platform companies.
Mr. McDaniel holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Technology Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University. He is based in ProQuest's Seattle office.
