Tim Fessenden and John Komola will join the existing executive team as Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer, respectively.
Following the successful launch of a new brand in 2018, the Propertybase real estate platform capped off a record year achieving the following significant milestones:

The recent additions join Loiselle and industry veterans Steve Simmons (Vice President of Sales), Rocky Rankin (Director of Product) and Cade Madison (Director of Strategic Growth) to accelerate expansion and drive adoption within the real estate industry.
Tim Fessenden, hired as Vice President of Operations, brings more than 18 years of SaaS and enterprise software experience to the company. Fessenden will lead Propertybase's operations team, responsible for expanding product features, package options and customer service departments, while also adding his knowledge to streamline future acquisitions.

Prior to joining Propertybase, Fessenden held the position of Vice President of Products at Yottaa, a SaaS-eCommerce acceleration platform, and previously held positions of General Manager at BMC Software, Inc. and Director of Sales Engineering & Product Management at BladeLogic.
Also joining the executive team is John Komola, Chief Financial Officer. Komola brings with him more than 20 years of progressive finance and operations management experience from an array of software industries. With strong qualifications in scaling organizations both organically as well as through acquisitions, Komola will be charged with driving strategic monetary planning, managing compliance, and also advising on acquisitions. He previously held the same role for five years at Sonian Inc. Prior, Komola was Vice President of Finance & Chief Account Officer for six years at Endeca.
