Property Debt Research Names Patrick Emrich Chief Operating Officer

FORT MYERS, Fla., June 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Property Debt Research, The Municipal Lien Search Company, is pleased to announce that Patrick Emrich has joined Property Debt Research in the position of Chief Operating Officer.  In this newly created role, Patrick will oversee all operating aspects of Property Debt Research and their subsidiaries and drive improvements in operating efficiencies through both process and automation.

Mr. Emrich most recently worked at First Federated Title, LLC as Vice President, where he started and grew a prosperous title company from the ground up in a challenging and always changing market.  Previously he was the Director of Title Operations for Home Discovery Real Estate Services Corporation.

With 15 years of title and real estate experience, Patrick will effectively advance the company's  position in the settlement services industry throughout Florida and nationally.

Patrick was raised in Tampa, Florida and graduated with honors in 1999 from the University of South Florida.  He has been married for nine years to April and together they have a daughter, Savannah.  Patrick is active in neighborhood, social, and church communities, and devotes much of his free time to the March of Dimes.
