FORT MYERS, Fla., Nov. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Property Debt Research has joined forces with the Florida Land Title Association (FLTA) to award two exceptional students the Property Debt Research Scholarship for 2015.  Recipients are selected based on criteria developed by the FLTA Scholarship Committee.
