HOUSTON, Sept. 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Promethean Energy Corporation (Promethean) and Subsea 7 announce the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding allowing the organizations to collaborate on the further development of deepwater Gulf of Mexico oil and gas assets.
