ProLogis Leases 127,000 Square Feet in Poland
- ProLogis Park Sochaczew Now 96 Percent Leased -
WARSAW, Poland, Nov. 15, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), the leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today it signed a fourth-quarter lease agreement with in Poland for 127,000 square feet (11,800 square meters).
An existing ProLogis customer will occupy the space at ProLogis Park Sochaczew Building Three in Sochaczew, Poland. Of the 127,000-square-foot (11,800-square-meters) space, 98,000 square feet (9,100 square meters) was previously unleased.

"The distribution park is in a prime location and it has been popular with our customers as they streamline their distribution networks in Poland."
ProLogis Park Sochaczew is a six-building, 1.1-million-square-foot (101,200-square-meter) distribution park, located approximately 31 miles (50 kilometers) from the Warsaw city center.
