Federal Mediator Requests Parties Reconvene July 16 to Reach Contract Agreement
BOSTON, July 2 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Teamsters Local 25 and Dunkin' Donuts negotiated July 1 until midnight, and substantial progress was made. At the request of the federal mediator, the parties will reconvene on July 16th and hope to conclude negotiations at that time.

Teamsters Local 25 represents about 200 drivers and helpers at Dunkin' Donuts largest distributor, Northeast DCP. The drivers and helpers voted to join the Teamsters in August and are trying to reach a first contract agreement.
Bellingham-based Dunkin' Donuts Northeast DCP is a cooperative owned by regional franchisees. The company delivers products and ingredients to Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins stores throughout New England.
