Proformative Announces New Vice President of Global Talent Management

SAN JOSE, Calif., May 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Proformative, the pioneering leader in enterprise social procurement, today announced the appointment of Jason Buss as the company's Vice President of Global Talent Management. A recognized subject-matter expert with deep experience in the financial services industry, Buss brings nearly two decades in human capital management and talent acquisition to the company.

Buss joins the Proformative team in direct response to feedback from community members who are seeking new, more innovative methods of acquiring corporate finance talent for their respective organizations. In this new role, Buss will work to significantly expand the Careers section of the Proformative website with new content, tools, and other critical resources to help Proformative's members effectively manage and excel in their careers. Among his other responsibilities, Buss will lead the company's efforts to develop and launch the Proformative Careers Consulting Services, which will be designed to help members manage the entire talent acquisition process – from assessing needs to sourcing and screening candidates.

He has also held a number of executive roles in human capital management and talent acquisition for several companies in the financial services industry, including Russell Investments and Allianz.
