ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) today congratulated President Barack Obama on winning a second term in office and offered its industry's expertise as his Administration moves forward to implement the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA).
