eBay Inc. Research Reports

(eBay) announced on its official website that it will soon launch an advertising network on its mobile app that will allow marketers to connect with eBay users throughout their entire shopping journey. eBay, which has more than 149 million active users currently, said it tracks over 290 million hours of shopping activity each month. eBay said that its advertising partners will have access to over 60 predefined audience segments. Also, there will be an Audience Discovery tool that will help advertisers to custom design their audience segment, in case it does not fit into its predefined segments. Since all eBay users have a single login, the Company is able to target and track across all devices using its first-party data.
