On February 20, 2014, WageWorks, Inc. (WageWorks) reported its Q4 2013 and full-year 2013 financial results. For the quarter, total revenue was $55.0 million, up 17.9% YoY. GAAP net income attributable to common stockholders was $5.3 million or $0.15 per diluted share, compared to $2.7 million, or $0.09 per diluted share in Q4 2012. For full year 2013, revenue totaled $219.3 million, up 23.7% YoY. full-year 2013 GAAP net income attributable to common stockholders totaled $21.7 million or $0.62 per diluted share, compared to $7.9 million, or $0.33 per diluted share in 2012.
