Procter & Gamble Announces Organizational Changes
CINCINNATI, Jan. 20, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE: PG) today announced the following organizational changes:

- Steven W. Jemison (58), chief legal officer, will retire effective September 30, 2010, after more than 29 years of service. Until his retirement, Mr. Jemison will serve as Officer on Special Assignment, reporting to Bob McDonald, chairman of the Board, president and chief executive officer.

- Deborah Platt Majoras (46), currently senior vice president and general counsel, has been elected chief legal officer and secretary, succeeding Mr. Jemison effective February 1, 2010.
