IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- PRO-DEX, INC. (NasdaqCM: PDEX) today announced that on February 1, 2015 it completed its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Fineline Molds, a company located in San Dimas, Calif. that manufactures plastic injection molding tools.
