Private Media Group Expects to File Form 10-K During Week of April 19
BARCELONA, Spain, April 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Private Media Group, Inc.(Nasdaq: PRVT) a worldwide leader in premium-quality adult entertainment products, today announced that as previously reported on April 1 in a filing with the SEC, Private Media Group, Inc.'s Form 10-K could not be filed on the prescribed due date, March 31, 2010, as Private had not yet completed its financial statements for 2009. At that time the Company hoped to be able to file Form 10-K no later than April 15, the extended due date.
The Company has experienced unavoidable delays in the preparation of its financial statements as a result of the acquisitions of two businesses completed in 2009, the GameLink and Sureflix group of companies. Therefore, Private will require additional time to complete its Form 10-K and allow the directors adequate time to review the report before it is filed. The Company expects to file Form 10-K during the week of April 19.
