With almost two decades of experience in Real Estate, Priscilla specializes in selling waterfront, waterview, residential and commercial properties, as well as representing buyers and sellers in mostly residential sales. She serves the towns and beach areas of Upper Cape Cod and surrounding areas on both sides of the Cape Cod Canal, including Bourne, Falmouth, Onset, Wareham, South Plymouth, Sandwich, Mashpee, and nearby towns.

In addition to her real estate career, Priscilla and her husband own a marine fabrication company, RK Marine Fabrication, which has been servicing the marine industry for the past 20 years. The company specializes in aluminum light weight gangways, railings, staircases, fuel tanks, floats and boat towers; virtually any imaginable thing out of aluminum or steel and stainless.

Priscilla is a member of National Association of Professional Women, National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Cape Cod and the Island Real Estate Board, and is the Clerk of Record Board of Assessors Town of Bourne. Furthermore, Priscilla is also the Vice President of the Bourne Youth Council. The Youth Council has striven to add features, parks, playgrounds, playing fields, etc to the town of Bourne for the last 20 years. The council is strictly a volunteer based, non-profit organization that was formed to work on projects the town could not fund. Priscilla has helped in the coordination of plays, concerts, renovating parks, coffee shops, battles of the band, as well as the town's first after prom party.

In her spare time, she enjoys boating, fishing, reading, traveling, and visiting with friends and family. Her personal motto is: "Every day is a new learning experience and I hope to never think I know everything."

As a result of her dedication to the field of Real Estate, Priscilla has expanded her skill set through coursework resulting in certifications as both an E-Pro and Buyers Agent.
