Priority Income Fund Declares Bonus Distributions
NEW YORK, June 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Priority Income Fund, Inc., announced today that its board of directors has declared a bonus distribution of $0.1125 per share of common stock. The bonus distribution is payable on September 28, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 25, 2015. This bonus distribution is independent from monthly distributions, which are declared separately. The fund's annualized distribution rate for Class R shares was 9.98 percent as of May 31, 2015.
